Returns & Refund Policy
Every Metafurical shirt is printed and made to order just for you. Because of that, we handle returns a little differently from a regular store. Here is how it works.
If something is wrong with your order
If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not as ordered, or if your package is lost in transit, we will make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at metafur@metafurical.com and include your order number and clear photos of the problem.
Wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind
Since each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away and we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Shipping address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to refund or reship orders that are returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
